Zen payment stuck in "Review" status?

I used my mums card to charge some Zen earlier today, and it has been stuck in the review status for quite a while (The transaction is currently in the review/approval process and will be completed shortly).

Before I went to my wallet after the transaction was complete I got this:
"Your payment is almost complete!
We have received your transaction information.
If this is either your first purchase using this payment method or using this funding source, Perfect World Entertainment needs you to verify your purchase. Please go to your email account used for the purchase and you will need to locate our verification email sent there. These commonly land in the spam folder of your account so be sure you check there as well. If you do not have the form there, please add no-reply@pwrd.com to your contact list or address book. After you add that email address to your list of safe senders, you will need to go to the link below and click the "Have you received your verification form?" link to resend that form.



If this is not your first payment to Perfect World Entertainment, please remain patient while we complete the transaction process.

Went to the email account to my PW account - had an email that said:
[Note deleted name + card numbers).

Is that above email the "verification email" mentioned on the first quote? If not, then how and when do I get it?
After you add that email address to your list of safe senders, you will need to go to the link below and click the "Have you received your verification form?" link to resend that form.

I have tried doing that (the link below was to my wallet on PW) but I can't find a link named "Have you received your verification form?"

Any help? =/

    I am having the same problem. I think it's just a temporary problem with the system, since many others are having the same problem. Don't worry, the Perfect World International workers should fix it soon. Meanwhile, we should be patient. b:victory

    Have you been able to fix the problem? Because i am currently having the exact same problem..

    Sorry for necroing this thread - But im also having this problem, is it due to maybe the new amount of f2prs?

    Ive made purchases through pwi for years - always been withing 10-15min delivery.

    But now "upto 24hours" reviewing? Is this normal?

    Ive been waiting TOO long for my purchase too come through, and not so much of an answer to my tickets etc.
