Wraithgate Culti Glitch?

Earlier I and a couple of faction members went into fb69 to get pyro and the pillar for culti. Normally I've went on numerous occasions and only killed pyro without doing the other bosses just to be quick for the sake of getting my culti done. I've even done this for my own alts and had no problems. Today after we killed pyro my faction member was unable to dig the pillar of decide that's needed immediately after killing the boss. She relogged and was still unable to dig, we then went back and killed the first 3 door guards (even though the doors were removed from bh/fb) as well as Noxtouch Culler and still she was unable to dig the pillar. A couple of my other faction members also said they had this problem... has anyone else been having this issue or know of how to fix it? o.O b:surrender
