did someone know how to create pigments ( what i need to do to make them)

    You buy them via the cash shop.

    I don't beleive you can make them, they are a cash shop item. So you either have to buy them with coin from other players or buy gold, either through charging zen or in game through AH, to get them.

    HOWEVER, you can get random dyes through the DQ system. I think 1 random dye takes 500 points, I might be wrong and it's 1000, but I'm too lazy atm to look.

    I always use the random dyes, true sometimes it takes me a try or 2 or 3 (think most times I've failed at dyeing to a nice color was 4) but it's a nice use for DQ points.

    Just remember when using Random Dyes you want to dye your fashion as a set which takes 2x the amount, when done as a set you get them all the exact same color. When you do them individually you may get 1 green 1 pink and 1 brown, you never know.

    im talking about colored pigments not random !!!!
    and im not idiot ! i understand thet the cash shops get them from enywhere !!!!
    i want to know from where ?
    are they got them from "hot colored pack" ???

    These come from most likely the hot coloured packs like you said.

    I believe the Cash Shop sells Red, White and Black seperately though.

    Please note that the hot packs give one fixed color pigment of a random color. If it's not the color you want then you'll have to try to sell it to someone who wants that color (or otherwise dispose of it.) It's generally better to check AH to see if someone's selling the color you want.
