Yay to our GMs....or not?

Okay guys and ladies, i just want to hear what you think about it. First i will explain short what happened. Because of some issue with the game i HAD TO use some teleport stones from the boutique to get unstuck (townportal or anything else didnt work). After contacting a gm telling them i was wasting money on teleport stones and would like them to kinda give me my money back. Today i got a mail in game with 10 teleport stones. On one side i am surprised they even did something to "return my money-waste". On the other side......why do they give me teleport stones? I never use them! I HAD TO use some to get unstuck and now i get the stones back instead of the money i wasted on them? What for? So they lay in my bank now or i waste them on stupid teleporting? The money was meant to be used on something more useful, not teleport stones. So now the money is gone and i have useless stones in my bank. Awesome -.-
Events = none (is it christmas yet?) = fail
boutique = packs = fail
bugs = not fixed....still = game still in beta?
and now you waste money caused by a bug and the GMs dont even give it back to you

Sell the Teleport stones....

Umm. At least you got a reply. I wrote in a ticket weeks ago and never got a response. And I'm sure maybe five months from now they're going to send me an email with generic copy paste bull**** immediately followed by an email saying their request for more information was never answered(though there won't actually be one) and that my ticket is closed, just like they always do.0

PW Staff is actually pretty good, albeit very slow, about getting minor stuff done... sometimes. PWE is very understaffed for GMs and support. Blame middle management for being too cheap to hire an adequate ensemble of staff.I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.0
