unable to sell

ok so i go to a catshop of a person buying mats i try to sell them and it tells me service is unavailable how do i resolve this?

You don't. The shop that is buying items has a full inventory and cannot receive any more items.
This is a common practice by scam shops.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] -
