Nirvana Gear Entry Question(Heaven's Tear)

Lots of people set up squads that require you to either have (or include) +10 weapon or 4/5 APS, which is really dumb because that bars out the people who really need Nirvana to reach that latter requirement in the first place. People want fast, fast, fast!

I don't think people will accept your setup for the above reason. There are though, a small handful of squads I see occasionally that accepts anyone regardless of refines/high APS/whatever, but that is a rare sight. You're better off trying to run with good friends, faction, or setting up your own runs.

In the meantime though, farm up and save coins to at least finish getting your R8 stuff. If you get R8, you can swap out the daggers and then you'll see a noticeable change in damage. That, and the R8 top will be -0.10 interval instead of -0.05. Also keep an eye out in AH for other necklace/belt ornaments...there are tons out there that could be an upgrade while affordable compared to your current ones if you don't plan on getting the 99 ornaments any time soon. When you're done with them, you could resell them.

talk to the mysterious old man in RT near the teleporter, he will give you 3 keys a day.

Non-high-class Nirvana will take you 2+ hours and cost you more in repairs and charms than it's worth.
