    Sure, but its not smart for them unless they have the bloodpaint buff on them imo.

    Blood paint works best when damage done by the soloing class is both high and dished out quickly (DPS). Aps characters obviously fit this bill well. Seekers... not so much unless vortex zhenning. Plus there are bosses in the higher TTs which will debuff of you the blood paint buff.
