Just Another "Submitted Ticket, No Help" Thread...

I submitted a ticket 4 days ago about not receiving the Purple Fox from the anniversary gift even though I qualified, but still no reply. I am aware that I sent the rewards right after qualifying, but I don't think it should matter. Right? I am also aware that it can take a while for the rewards to be sent, but I received everything else, just not the fox. I posted comments and asked questions besides the ticket, but the employees don't seem to answer...help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
