    the post you quoted before me, in which according to said poster if someone thinks such a thing sucks and given the circumstances this particular item was obtained + tried to be resold JUST because it happens on a pve server it is suddenly a shame to the game.

    the sole reason there are different servers is because we have a different opinion of what is fair and what is not and is considered "the game" we play.

    just because it happens on a different server and differently observed doesn't make it a shame.

    No one even said that PvP servers are at all superior, just that PvE servers don't spend enough time world-PvPing for this kind of thing to be a regular occurrance. Personally, I think it should be a more regular occurrance, as it will encourage people to pay attention to what they're doing a bit more. (After all, Guardian Scrolls protect against more than PvP deaths. And if someone's forgetting those, what else are they forgetting?) Think that it doesn't work that way? Whenever someone drops something extremely valuable on LC and it hits WC for a day or two, during that time people drop a lot less even if they're just out PKing with their HH70 gear... This is a case where we can extrapolate from a PvP server's normal state of affairs and apply it to what's something of a special case on PvE servers.

    ^^ turn it into a science project explaination all you want and eventhough i may sound like some pve **** despising all pvpers, which i dont, but i wont take it someone makes it come across like a similar situation on a different server with different kind of people and opinions suddenly is a shame.

    so suddenly thinking different about something than people on a pvp servers is a shame ?

    then your basically slandering people on their base right. free opinion and thought + trying to bar that from something that is open from the public.
    as was demanden, "thread should be closed it is a shame to the game"

    I Just Pked Someone In A Pve Server And He Droped His Love Up And Down Tome And I Got It. Hypothetically Speaking, If He Offered Me Real Life Cash For His Tome And I Accepted His Cash And Didnt Give The Tome Back, Would That Be Against The Rules. I Wouldnt Be Banned Right Cuz Im Not Selling In Game Products For Real Life Cash Since That Is A Violation Of Tos, That Would Just Mean He Handed Me Free Money Right?

    I find this thread to be funny as I was originally involved in the world chat drama that came after this. I see my opinion on the matter is shared by the majority. It is as I suspected. Common sense rules over all. Another victory for human kind, a small one, but a victory none the less.

    Tragic, but avoidable mistake, bet he won't do it again. Or no, I take that back, I won't bet that some one won't make the same mistake twice, then I would be the fool right? LOL

    I'd feel more inclined to feel sorry for him if he wasn't a fist barb.
    If you have enough money to restat to fist, and +12 a g15 set of fists, you should have spent 50 silver on a binding charm.


    In short: I don't feel sorry for you....kind of like I didn't feel sorry for urDian when he NPC'd his R9 on accident.

    You know, this doesn't surprise me... not a single bit, considering the current state of this game right now.

    You can bet this barb hypered all the way to his glory and there is a possibility that he didn't even know about GS, safety lock, binding charms... etc

    the person who has the fists is on ban-list for squads, prolly on every KOS list imagined too.

    it was a mistake, if it were me i would make fun for a while then give em back for a considerable amount of coin.

    if $$ passed hands and the item was not returned, that person deserves whatever they get.

    while i notice a few ppl shouting for a return, are guilty of killing lesser geared ppl at a whim and not giving back their drops..... so i guess the 1% stick together huh?

    again, more QQ'ers QQ'ing about QQ'able things.......

    If the person who picked up the fists is NOT the person who did the pk kill in the first place.. shame on them for scavenging.

    They should either A) return them to the person who dropped or B) return them to the person who did the real work

    But to keep them, then shove it in the persons face that they had them, then shamelessly try to sell them on WC for HOURS ON END is rotten. Then to transfer them to an alt and try to say they bought them from the original character only to be shown for who they really were by others in WC, makes them even worse.

    The guy admitted he made a mistake and was stupid for not checking his inventory to make sure he had guardian scrolls. Why be an azz and cause the WC drama to yourself and your faction by showing what kind of person you are?

    Of course no one cares about morality and values at all in this game even on a carebear server cause its oh so easy to hide behind pixels and a computer monitor. (Ok well not no-one, but practically no-one)

    no, whats really funny is saying that someones on a mega KOS list on a pve server. kinda hard to kos someone when all they got to do is turn off pk.

    cause its a game, and Im sorry but had I picked them up, as a 3x yr adult with plenty of sense when it comes to morality, and not being an outward a-hole, there is no way in hell that I would return them. EVER...kos me, squad ban me(whatever the hell that means)

    no you cant drop items as a blue name in a PVE serovre, or a PVP servor as a matter of fact though on a pvp servor a someone whose blue name is below 30 and wouldnt have much to anything worth dropping and selling... you CAN how ever drop items as a white name in death, killed by either players OR mobs/bosses YES... mobs AND bosses, iv lost something this way in nirvy once. birdy boss killed me with a white bird and i dropped fash while iw as white name, and iv seen others do it myself. only with SL ( safty lock ) or GSs ( guardian scrolls ) will you not drop anything white red or blue.... that sounded patriotic >.>

    The real issue is that it takes months to years or hundreds of dollars to get these items in the first place.

    Otherwise it would be fun to risk dropping items in pvp and scrolls/binding charms would be unnecessary

    Or you could just use **** gear that's inexpensive, and do it for fun?

    You drop it and it's not worth anything, so they give it back anyway.
