progam closes after logging in

Hi, the pw progam just randomly closed on me, and when i run the progam again and when i try to log in it takes me to the loading page then shuts off after it loads, can someone please tell me whats going on?

    Restart your PC and network hardware and try again.

    Try running Verify on the game launcher and see if that helps you.

    If not, please send in a ticket to Tech Support and we will try and help you further! b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    The same thing happens to me too.

    When i restart, then the game works, but after some time it shuts down and when i start the game, then the program is switching off, when i log in.

    I did the verify thing also, but it did not help.

    Please can you fix it somehow, it is very frustrating when i have to restart every time. b:sad

    try to verify the files. if that doesnt help, do a clean install, verify and then see if it works. If not, ticket time

    well tried all that , even tried on dif pc and still same problem ...weird doesnt give any errors just dissapears

    Without details on any part of your system or network, I am at a loss to help you. I don't see why you guys don't think to post your system information when you start these threads.

    It's not hard, and if you aren't computer savvy, Google is your friend, you just have to make an attempt.

    Here's what we need to help you...

    Operating System Information

    System Specifications (I recommend Speccy)

    Security Software. (No link here, you're going to have to use your head on this one.)

    A DxDiag.txt log file.

    In some cases a HiJackThis log is also helpful.

    If the issue is related to lag, DC'ing, or connecting to a server post a copy of a traceroute to the server. (take it at the time that you are having a problem, not when you aren't having issues.)

    Also, if you are having trouble with lag, DC'ing, or connecting to a server, post specifics about how your computer is connected in your home, and details on your ISP connection. (If you don't know, ask your parent.)

    Before you post, actually look at the forum. There's a thread titled, "READ HERE FIRST for Tech Support Issues!". If half of you read it, you wouldn't be posting.

    Don't forget to search the forums to see if anyone has had the issue before and resolved it. You would be surprised at how many times I answer the same damn question over and over and over and over and over.... Kinda like the OP's post, I am constantly asking for more information. So much that I am now copy/pasting this re-using it.

    Wow not everyone knows or wants to tell their system info and why be so rude. Yes you have to answer again and again but if thats your job than suck it up. Maybe just post a link to your answer that is the same?
    I've barely downloaded the game but it won't let me get past the first part and now after reading your bitchy reply I'm not sure I want to play a game where I get snarked at for asking questions in the forum.
