payed for mount in charge reward, didnt recieve

hi.
i payed 15000 points for a shadow fox on aussiewoman account.
didnt recieve ride in postbox.
i had over 15000 points in CHARGE REWARDS.
bought a SHADOW FOX for 15000 points.
says it was sent to AUSSIEWOMAN (ARCHOSAUR (PVE).
i have looked in postbox , i have relogged, i even waitted till next day .
still no SHADOWFOX ride.
pls pls pls can game masters help me get my ride.
i would hate to have to stop donating because u no help me.
and yes check my account i donate a fair amount.

it says in CHARGE REWARDS that i have bought it .
it says it was sent to AUSSIEWOMAN in arch in pve .

    1. I'm assuming that AUSSIEWOMAN ~ Archosaur is your toon.

    2. Have you opened a ticket?

    GM's won't fix something like that because you post in the forum. You have to open a ticket so it can be properly logged.

    If a GM were to respond to this thread, they would tell you to submit a ticket.
