Empowered Vigor and Bloodpaint

i wanna know if Empowered vigor skill can make bloodpaint absorb more HP ...

I have used the Forum search for this question and i founded another thread but it didnt give me any answers...

    It only works with potions, guardian charm cooldown speed, and the potency of healing skills casted onto the wearer. BP's effect is absolutely static (2-3% recovery based on damage dealt) and unaffected by Empower/Diminish Vigor.

    I wonder how things would be if Empowered Vigor could affect Bloodpaint...... o.o

    Nothing much really, except maybe if the tank got lower refines on armors, but then a cleric already fix that. Beside, 90sec mean they would not bother getting a psy to buff them.

    Only place it would matter would be making the future squad buff of mystic being wanted, which might happen if they need that extra boost to solo.
