Fix the Veno Flying Pet Glitch!

I've been playing this game for well over a year, and before that I even had another account on here when this game first started. I've played the role of a veno for some time now, and the flying glitch is rather anoying.

What is this glitch?
When you're flying pet gets stuck in the ground due to a hill or a raised surface when you are attacking a ground monster.

Since I've been playing I've even invested in a Pheonix, and this flying pet has the same problem as all the other flying pets, the fact that it gets stuck in the ground. It's really rather anoying because I spent well over 110 gold for this pet.

It just doesn't seem fair to pay so much for a legendary pet only to have it get stuck in the ground when fighting.

I'm not asking for shiny new things, only a glitch fix. Please fix this glitch!

    Sigh, that sounds kinda game breaking to me.
    (In case it wasn't obvious, I do not have a flying pet and this turns me off from even thinking of investing anything in one.)

    I'm seeing veno in a serious fight with one of those things that likes to run then shoot you. It runs to a hill and pet gets stuck veno dies. (-_-)

    I'm all for backing any request or demand to fix bugs so +1.

    I find the same problem with one of my pets, i have a Cloud Skatefish and sometimes gets stuck in climbs, and irregular surfaces.
