Need Help if anyone can

My wife having problem with delays while taking quest with any kinda NPC b:sad but when i play it dont have problem. So actually what can be the reason behind it b:surrender .

    Is this where, when you try to take a quest, the whole game locks up for about 2 seconds, then resumes?

    I get this behavior whenever I try to generate Divine Quests. I want to say that I saw it elsewhere, but I do not recall specifically.

    I do not have any solutions to this problem.

    no not small delays she gets around 3-5 mins delay b:cry

    Do you play on seperate computers? I have found that some systems will drag hard, while others will go pretty smoothly. I am assuming that this is not just in Arch where she is having the problem?

    separate computer separate net line also and evrywhere she having tht prob. in FC to tele from 2nd last boss also, entering faction base, cube also and also tpng into the heart of city in warsong too >.<

    Maybe she needs to verify her files. (Disable your anti-virus before doing so.)

    I would also recommend adding the game directory to your anti-virus software exception lists for both real-time and scheduled scans. (The client has a couple of call commands that anti-virus software automatically detects and cleans that can corrupt the files.)
    Also, if you are running Vista or newer, Run the client as administrator.

    Also, Mods move this over to tech support please.

    Have her check her and see if she has any programs running in the backgroung mine does that if i don't turn off certain programs while running PWI
