i start play archer play about 5 days get 35 lvl but than my friend say archer suck!!! because its do small damage hard leveling (i love solo play,dont like talk to people just you know play myself) and everybody dosnt want take archer in team for instance or somthing
so archer realy suck ????

    nah bro archers dont suck. the thing is, this game has been overrun by rank 9 gear, 5 attacks per second, assassins, etc. archers, like all the original classes(except for bms) need a whole pt or a tank+cleric to farm gears and everyone nowadays is obsessed with 5 aps, soloing dungeons or super ultra fast runs.

    Archers can solo alot of things also.

    its just harder for an archer because they dont get heals from blood paint.
    Archer damage with bow is amazing and then if you feel its necessary you could stat for aps to farm.
    If your friend said archers suck its because they are jealous :p

    I like Archers for their abilities in FC and BH, but if I had a choice, I'd rather take a BM, Skr or maybe a sin. PvP, archer's rock and roll. TW PvP, they still rock and roll. b:bye

    I have an lvl 48 Archer and what shall i say about it.
    I have not any special equipment, yet i can kill most things without breaking a sweat.

    Archers are really really hard to play,

    either you fail dramatically and comes to the conclusion that Archers suck.

    or you know what you do, and in this case nothing is able to survive your arrows.

    Decide yourself.

    archers are one of them classes that don't really shine until endgame, as archers really do depend a lot on critical hits for their damage...crits that only really stack up at high levels when you have enough dex

    but at high levels, with the right gear -cough- and skill archers can deal amazing amounts of damage, in addition to being one of the most feared classes in TW (opinion may be biased...hello, cleric here)

    you may find leveling hard because at low levels, when your crit rate is still too low to make a real difference, grinding for archers is a pain in the *** b:surrender if it weren't for knockback i woulda ragequit my archer long ago

    if you have the patience give it a shot, archers can be very rewarding at endgame
    there's always the option of restating for fists and claws at high levels to deal with melee mobs

    if you STILL can't handle it switch classes heh b:shocked
