I heard if you do a refine transfer it will remove the binding charm effect of the first item. True?

Lunar nirvana isn't bound.
It binds because the material you use for it (the TT weapon/armor) is also bound. There is only one TT99 weapon that doesn't bind on equipping and that is ☆Dragonslayer, Annihilation and the resulting nirvana weapon from it also does not bind on equip.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Ty now i know but still why does tt99 stuff automaticly binds its stupid0 -
I agree. It does seem stupid. I would gladly pay a little extra to get anything I want bound to me bound. That or they need to come up with a way yo unbound an item without destroying it so I could sell it once I have something even better. That or maybe give it to a friend who is in need of better armor as well.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
It's not the years that matter, it's the milage that has true meaning. Do not spend your life trying to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Walk the best path you can, and enjoy that journey.

You can pay a little extra to get items that are not bound b:chuckle. Same idea.0 -
The point of Bound on Equip items is that they generate more revenue. They are one-time use, can't be sold off to someone else, can't be (usually) made into anything else. All the Gold that got invested in shards and refines will need to re-bought. Players who want that item need to make their own from scratch, no hand-me-downs, no buying at 1/2 cost from other players.0

NO.
Example if you have a bound lv3 tome and combine for a lv4 one it gonna be bound.
All the bound gears you have will be bound again after refine-recast-refresh stats or whatever you do.
