I was bored so i thought...why not see what Animes other ppl like while getting to know other animes. so Basically like the title says..name your 2 most Favorite Animes. I have to start out since im starting the thread.

Higurashi no naku koro ni - bloody and Lots of Rebith/death and when you get to the 2nd season (Higurashi Kai) the plot and sorta the moral becomes more obvious if you can read between the lines and pay attention to context.

Umineko No naku koro ni - Same as Higurashi just More bloodier and with Witches and magic.
Its ok... IM AN ARTIST!

::kills badger with tempest before it can even get near me:: I liked Dragon ball Z and Sailor Moon because they were my very first anime, and Yu-GI-OH because it was the first time I learned the difference between dubs and subs. And once I could get my hands on subs, the world of anime really opened for me for the first time. b:cute

    As for all time favorites...

Grave of the Fireflies (so tragic)

School Rumble (so funny, and amazing how it's the only anime I've ever liked better as a dub)

    Ghost in the Shell

    Tenchi Muyo

    Love Hina

Death Note, though I didn't like it as much after that one guy died

Black Blood Brothers for some reason :P

    Outlaw Star

    Samurai Champloo

    Samurai 7

    FLCL

    Cowboy Bebop

    Currently Watching

    Naruto Shippuden

Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya (it's new to me o.o)

    Steins;Gate

    UP Next:

    Tiger and Bunny
    Clannad

Excuse me, but appearently, you are unable to understand the difference between seriousness and joking around. Yes, I may not care for DBZ, but thats just me. The part about the badger was a joke, which you appearently failed to see.

As I saw in another post, someone understood the joke, and replied in a manner which carried on the good natured fun.

Fun and serious: learn the difference.

    My two favorites? Hard choice...

    I'd have to say...

Black Lagoon is my absolute fave.

And my second fave I'd have to pick Inuyasha for the sole purpose of dragging me completely into anime when I was a teen lol.

Kenshin is really good, but loses steam once its past the Shishio saga. Still, I have always wondered what it would be like in novel form... (NOT referrin to manga lol)
