Please stop spamming the forums. It's not getting us anywhere, and it's not getting you anything.

If you have an issue with us, you are more than welcome to discuss with the staff like an adult. Not only it is likely to resolve whatever issue you may have, it will be appreciated.

Our only interest is the best of the forum and it's community, and we appreciate and learn from feedback, however, we can't learn anything from your actions.

    That would make it the 20-somethingth, dear. I really do hope we can just talk this instead of keeping at it.

    Spammer, I urge you to have a conversation with me, and any other mod you like. We can even make a chat room for that.

    Sadly that seems like is going to keep spamming forums until get bored........i think there is no real intention to talk with any mod

    While your request makes sense, past experience has shown you to be incapable of handling critique. I've gotten a more constructive discussion out of Frankie than with you, which is saying quite a bit as he tends to take a week to reply to PMs.

    Kritty fortunately is very receptive to advice.

    Krisnda not so much.

    I haven't tried to talk to Fuzzy; is he even still around?

    There's criticism, and there an unhealthy exchange of words. I can't respond properly to the last one, and I've taken a lot of things that's been politely, and coherently said to me very deeply.

    Also I don't resort to "unhealthy exchange of words" until I have reason to.

    And obviously I'm not impossible to please, as I have liked mods before, or at least acknowledged their competency even if I didn't like them.

    @Aesthor - That's subjective as to when it's legitimate to result to that. I recall some people picking harsh words at the mods, including myself, before we even moderate for an hour. Many incidents like that during the last year, as well.

    Some later incidents were justified for criticism, but I still don't feel that the choice of words some made were in place. When someone approach the mods with insults, they can't expect us to be able or ever want to listen.

    Whenever someone PM'd me or approached me on the forums in a polite manner and gave me their input on the way I mod, I took it seriously and made as many changes as I can to my style, and yes, sometimes I go back to old habits. Sometimes the situation calls for that, as well.

    Okay, let's all concentrate on the real issue at hand, please? This isn't anyone's fault but the one who is deciding to use the forums as a personal soapbox for some random agenda.

    Also, if you see a necro'ed post, I kindly ask that you not post after it, as that will make it easier for us to deal with the problem at hand.

    I don't think the question is how far can things go before people are 'allowed' to resort to trash talk. First of all if they took the time to be civil in the first place they never need to resort to anything; that is in itself is acknowledging that you ignored feedback when it was still offered NICELY.

    Also it is irrelevant what you FEEL about word choice. If the advice is justified you take it, no matter the attitude it was given. You don't have to publicly say oh sure I'll do that; in fact it would even make sense if you locked a topic if it was particularly inflammatory, but that doesn't change the fact that it was advice you should have taken in order to be a competent mod. Just because you had to lock a thread does not mean you cannot take the advice that was in it.

    Lastly, "as many changes as you can" is apparently nothing. The only things you took seriously were the insults to which you responded in ways that antagonized the members. You need not go back to old habits as those habits are still there. You are still threatening as usual. At least it isn't in-game this time? I suppose I should give you credit for that one.

    Which, actually, are all reasons I say you're an incompetent mod.

    A select few individuals from Heavens Tear are responsible for the spam and such.. Trust me, come to heavens tear and see yourself! :D They might be worse on the game though, idk.
