STOLEN mail? o.o

So I sent my grinded dq items to my catshop toon(around 500xsoft fur,200xhoney juice).
After almost a week I checked that toon;NO MAIL!!! I even checked ALL toons(includin an alt acc ones). NO MAIL!?
What happened(nobody haz my password so dont say I haz been robbedb:sad

    No idea, never heard that such a thing that happened to someone.

    I mis-typed my toons name once when I was sending something. Really annoyed that I screwed that one up.

    In any case, if you submit a ticket, and provide information as specific as you can as to when you sent it and ect. They should be able to tell you what happened to it. (it will take a few days though, no one is working this weekend I am certain.)
