I will start off by saying yes I DO clear out my cache for my browser (automatic when I close browser).

My experience of ZONG:
I have over the past month done three payments via ZONG (europe mobile transaction) They do not seem to give me the amount as stated on the website.

This below is what I should of received for my payments above... but as you can see I did not. Also you will notice the amount of ZEN received changed even though the website stated I would receive 2394 zen I did not. !

On 22nd December 2011, I noticed the ZONG values changed

new values on site...
GBP 30.00 > 3,617
GBP 20.00 > 2,411
GBP 10.00 > 1,206
GBP 5.00 > 569
GBP 3.00 > 327

I decided to purchase GBP 5 to get 569 zen.

I did NOT receive the correct amount not once... but THREE times.
PWI blame ZONG and ZONG blame PWI's site.
Just simple... dont use ZONG as what you see when you select payment is not what you will receive..

    A bug with using a pound sign in forums please fix it!!!

    The British pound sign has never worked here on the forums. It's not in the list of supported characters, and I doubt that it's going to change after all this time. You can always send a message to frankieraye about it, though.

    Strange how it causes all what you write after the pound sign disappear. I knew it didnt work in game, but never thought forum would have such a strange issue on using it. Also considering it shows pound sign in other parts of site for purchasing ZEN. b:chuckle
