      Actually DW is/has been up for me all afternoon. But.... it has been lagging quite severely with ping spikes over 5k for me as well.

      I couldn't get onto LC earlier, so I decided that I'm not dealing with PWI right now.

      I assume it's related to whatever the hell was causing the mass disconnects followed by people not being able to get back in last night.
