Certain fashion freezing up game?

Took me a while to figure it out, but it would seem the anniversary bottoms "Goldfish Bottoms" is messing up my game.

First noticed when my character got the anniversary outfit. At first it wouldn't load. Couldn't see them on my character at all. I logged out and restarted the client. Then it took much longer to load then normal. I could see the bottoms but they were not displaying correctly. No pattern, just a metallic like look. After taking them off and putting them in the bank, the character then loaded as fast as normal.

Additionally, running into another character wearing them freezes my game for about 20 seconds. When it unfreezes, most the time I can't see the bottoms on whatever character has them. Just their undies.

Anyone have any help regarding this problem? Thanks in advance!
