anybody know why this may be. *octapharma plasma donation visa card*

curious why it'd be declined regardless of the fact that theirs plenty on there

    Is it like a REAL VISA, like one with a line of credit behind it at a bank?

    If not, then they probably won't accept it.

    They accept cc, debit and gift cards here. The only problem might be fraud protection from a bank cc or debit card.

    it's a debit card essentially. it may have fraud protection on it so i'll call them tommorrow *talked to them tonight and was sorta iffy about what i was sayin so they told me to call pwi *good luck with that lol*so i'll call later with better information.
