Life after 100?.......

So now I'm reaching the end almost lvl 100 I was wondering....what life is after 100? Do you just keep fcc'ing and lvling as much as you can? I don't wanna pk cause I don't have 1100 USD to blow on this game. So what life is there?......

    With no pvp I guess you could keep lvling and help low lvl player out? IDK what else there is to do since I haven't played in over two years.

    TW.. 100 skills culti.. farming NV and TT for better gear? You dont need to cash shop to pk........................... ok you do, cant keep a straight face.

    you begin doing the things that slowly-very slowly get you the 1100 usd worth of stuff without having to spend it.----

    delta,fc,nirvana,nine trials, bh,oht grinding,card boss an hunting, pot making,TT----those are the things that you will currently be doing after lv 100

    Lol. I retired for a year after a 3 years spree with my wiz only at 77 lmao. I think I can do some free stuff for ppl. Like TM69 and such. I love this game but r9 equipment is a joke to me. I think you all are awesome btw. I've bounced around and love the humor guys XD

    game was okay even with new classes .. R9 was made for CS-er nothing more or less. No one can be expected to farm it without starving to death irl or getting kicked out ur house for not paying rent.. R9 killed the game foreverb:bye

    Except, I'd recommend talking to your Guild Master and having them recommend who to help in the guild. There always is a few that latch on and almost expect you to be their new leveling/farming slave.

    And - if you DO go to help your guildies, ensure the rules are clear. You help guildies (not alts), items you help them farm is for their gear (not alts) and is not for them to sell.

    That if you DO take one person to FC, at the last minute they can't say they are tired and let's sell the FC room. You have no idea how many times I've never got my cut from this. Same w/ Nirvana and other runs. Ensure it is very clear if your share is a donation to who you are helping to run, or if you still expect your %. Alot of times I get 0 and am told - "But your OP - why do you need it". (maybe to help me replace the charm/pots & do repairs...)

    Trust me - lessons learned.

    I do have to admit, I've helped guildies in the past and they wanted more and more so I stopped and they quit the guild problem solved and good ridence XD

    Make alts. By that I mean, play any class you're interested in. Hell, make another barb if you want to relive the glory days. XD

    But don't make the mistake of powerleveling. You get far more mileage out of this game if you do your quests and don't abuse FF (i.e. don't go in there until at least 75 when you can be a contributor). I don't know when you joined, but your avatar says Nov. 11, so if you really got to 90 in a month, you're doing it wrong. :P

    Just repeat this cycle with new alts until you get bored of the game as a whole, then you quit. I've been playing for three years now and this strategy has not failed me yet.

    FB89 and FB99 for skillbooks

    Grinding in OHT
    Grinding wherever the DQ is good
    Exploring zones you've never been in or weren't the right level for
    FF - Sell heads or just do it to help fac mates, or grind exp for level
    Solo big quest bosses (I about spit out my drink when I almost instantly dropped kong and a few others)
    Farm coin however and gear yourself out further.

    and finally...

    Doing stupid stuff with friends and fac mates. Go solo/duo a FB89/99 without wine. Pull all the FB59 bosses at once. Take on some of the named mobs/world bosses with a small group or solo. Essentially find your limits, then figure out how to exceed that. Repeat.

    If anything, I feel there is more to do after 100, because I don't care about exp right now - no pressure for that "next level", just that "next cool experience".

    YMMV of course. Some people like just turning over the same stuff daily and playing their alts.

    Become a cata barb. TW is really the only thing worth while doing at end game, and enables you to use your class the way it was supposed to be used. Each class is very specific in it's role, and in TW, there is none as important as a big fat cata barb. Can't destroy the crystal if you don't have catas.

    Why do people like this even bother to comment? Saying "hi, I have no valid input, but here's my totally unfounded and unhelpful opinion" is just a waste of time, no matter what words are used.

    Over two years is a long time to still be hanging around talking about a game you don't play. Two years ago there was barely anyone at level 100 yet. Since then there have been 2 major expansions, and everyone and their mom is 100+ so there are more people at this level to squad with.

    If you count warsong, nirvana, delta, 9 trials, fb99s, lunar, high TTs, etc, there are more things to do after 100 than before.

    Probably means you don't TW then. Try playing your class wrong in a serious TW faction, then you will learn how important it is to stick with the way your class is supposed to be played.
