Thunder coat ticket

hi, theres a problem ive got... which i have no idea what to do, so i was in that token shop, and got "Thunder Coat" so ive confirmed and so on, ofc i was online by the time and received from mail "Thunder Coat ticket", guildies told me that i have to right click even left one, so i did, tons of times, but it does nothing... so i want to ask if u guys had similar problems... couse im so angry b:angry even tryed to drag into wardrobe, where character is displayed, but it doesnt work

P.S. i dont have Fashion inventory... is this the cause?

    Your most likely on the "normal" tab. In your inventory, there should be 2 tabs, 1 for "normal" and the other for "fashion", click the fashion one and then try to do it.

    If you still have the ticket instead of the coat itself,
    check if you have enough space in your quest list. (20 is max, so need at least 1 open slot)
    Otherwise, relog. Then the fash should appear.
    If you have the coat already, then do what Kris says ;)

    This, and you may want to have 2 inv spaces or so.

    just find out another reason... and its quite epic one... i had 20/20 quests available... and guess what? ive just get rid of 1 quest and there u go b:shocked
    id say they should fix this issue with quest and stuff, couse its an totally other thing, than it is, is it? couse the inventory itself were quite clean, and there was enough slots to get what i want

    How is your lime green or purple new fashion? LOL

    I got the token set as well, hoping it was brown, like the pictures, but ended up purple and blue. ugh.
