The name of the topic says it all : )

When one goes full R9 and +12 all over, what's the best cape available, as of December the 15th, 2011?

    They can be tied together. Lots of people choose to go for NV helm and cape, for the two piece set bonus (+5 att lvl). Most people go for CV NV, but some go for HH NV aswell. If I were to do it I'd go for CV NV.

    Otherwise, Ence's Scar is the helm I have and love. If you go for this, get another event cape, such as Wings of Cloudcharger, or possibly Matchless Wings (but not really worth it I think, especially since WoCC are so cheap now).

    Matchless Wings would DEFINITELY be the best cape, but I'm not sure about the helmet. Wings of Cloudcharger isn't as good as Matchless Wings, so if money wasn't an issue I'd get Matchless Wings.

    I'm guessing a Nirvana helmet would be the best as well.

    Wings of cloud charger or Matchless Wings(preferably) as for the helmet umm Warsoul helmet and Nirvana are pretty much identical, just depends I guess on if you want that extra crit %

    Nirvana cape+helm for psy due to the 5 atk level bonus.

    TT Nirvana is cheaper than the Lunar Nirvana ones while having the exact same stats and bonus.

    Don't fall into the trap of thinking that you need -channeling on the cape either - as a psychic you wont notice the difference. Just get something that's going to give you a heap of HP.

    Matchless Wings is godly , costs around 100M on my server , so you'll just pay double what you pay for WoCC but instead get a g15 Cape and an extra 1% reduction of physical defense which i find totally worth it

    Regarding the Helm i would recommend Ence's Scar which is a g14 Helm and lets just say its slightly better than Warsoul of Heaven
