Marrige and ceremoney (need help)

can anyone please tell me how these 2 are related to each other? i mean if someone get married today can they have the ceremoney later? or it has to be in teh same day?

    If you marry today, your party will be few days later. You can choose it with your ownself which day and what servertime.
