LA or AA Wiz?

Which wiz would be better for TW? I would also like to be able to PvE well too. I've seen some TW videos and the Wiz in there crit for 14k and i would love to be able to do that but still want to be good at PvE.

For a little more info help me get good with wiz early game b:surrender I give them up by level 15 simpily because they are so weak and squishy. Not to mention there attack animations suck early. Get me interested in them plz

    Ok just got some info that got me interested in wizards so now its all down to which gear is better for both PvE and TW?

    AA, it's not even close. Maybe 2 years ago it was, but nowadays it's AA or gtfo.

    omg.. AA ever! i have 8% crit (tnks to rings), and use to make 20-28k crits (not all the time, mmm, 5 of every 20 skills?)
    I make 10-14k (no crit) on mobs of my own lvl.. i can kill them in 3-4 skills and they even touch me

    I tryed LA, yeah.. u feel cool, like "wow, miss miss hahaha miss" and ur doing crits all the time.. but crits of 6k? come on.. its more dangerous and doesn't compare to the magic attack you're sacrificing

    LA isnt even close to viable anymore
    -AA you have more damage
    -with so many r8/r9 casters, you needs mdef just as much
    -the % damage reduction is seriously only a couple % endgame full buffed.
    -AA is machine washable

    yea AA gives you the best possible mag atk, which is what a wiz is all about!
    seeing the big numbers above enemies heads is what wizzies are made for and the defense will be allright at end game :)

    You also get high mag def as an AA wizard and there are many sources for pdef endgame, especially combined with stone barrier. Also the rank9 set is AA. b:cute

    Hey I just got one shot by a r9 sin for 13k, so nothing to show off here... And I did crit said sin wtih genie sparked BT... for... 1 damage. -.-

    Either would be good. If they run you can poke at their hp till they die (if you get past charm..), if they die laughing, at least they die. :P

    It's great really. Chi management became harder for sure and having no sage bids is annoying sometimes. But I don't use nearly as much chi, since I get much more chances to use nukes like snare or sparked dpyro. Also freezing people in midair with hailstorm is just great. b:chuckle

    Heavy armor and Vit. build is obviously better.
    What the **** can u do if ur constantly getting 1shot by sins?
    Like my wiz has 250 vit and 250 mag. I can survive and also can hit stuff.
