the new PvE gears
G12 set (u get it for free by completing map quest)
G13 u get it randomly from new instance chest(i think so)
G15 u get them from the 3 factions(contribution + coins)
U will have independent merit / contribution in each faction.
almost same system as guildbase.
u need to have certain amount of merit, then pay contribution + coins(not much) for the items from faction.
each time u leave a faction, u will lose 5% merit, after 24hours u can join another faction.in the next 7 days, u cant leave this faction again.

I haven't seen it before. Do you happen to know how strong wraith attack level is relative to normal attack level versus mobs?
Say if 2 weapons have same base damage but one is +50 wraith attack lev and the other is +50 attack level... which is stronger versus mobs or are they equal?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Here we have a time of 1200 for the release of the new expansion in China. It's looks like they will be opening up new servers as well.
They also have two trailers there for those interested in watching them.
If you hate the idea of watching trailers on youku, or don't want to be bothered by watching a knock off tf2 commercial, you find those vids on my channel (expansion trailer and movie trailer).
In this post they seem to be talking about events that will be going on during expansion release.

I'll admit, it's a step in the right direction.

Okay, first off, there's a lot of QQing about the new farmable gear replacing everything making it obsolete. Guess you guise forgot to factor in that these gears are pretty worthless in pvp. That said, your precious 5 aps is just fine in tw. Also keep in mind that the base stats of these gears are pretty low. like 20 lvls below TT standard. Sure, then throw in the attack/defense level perks on wraiths. Look at the perks you get from R9. it's still in the game thriving, and you haven't wasted a year's pay. Nirvana? I'm still going for it. It's perfectly capable of handling everything we already have without maxing out refines and shards. Enough to compete with R9 if you're witty. So basically this new gear is gonna be pve based gear to keep playing on the same level as you heavy cash shoppers in instances, the way I see it. Doesn't mean you cs'ers have wasted anything, your gear isn't restricted to mobs AND has served you well this far.
That said, allow me to give some opinion on some of these skills.
There's a big fuss over clerics becoming insane metal mages at the cost of healing allies. Not sure why, actually, because it changes the rules to where they need to be. Clerics aren't just for healing, and a lot of the ones I know want in on the action. A good tank can rely on him/herself most the time. I like the no exp loss buff, although it kinda negates the necessity to max out revive. But for the cleric's sake, clerics can't ressurect themselves. Win skill if you got scrolls.
Archers in stealth. About time someone else can stealth besides a sin. That and teleporting. Not bad, not bad at all.
Wizards... sly little glass cannons... I mean, if you ever do hit them, they're pretty much dead. They deserve a break from that. Now what I don't quite get is their ability to reset the target's hp. I mean, most the time, a target's hp is going down. That'd bring it back up. Unless it's an ally buff, please inform me about why this is at all useful.
Blademasters... a bunch of numbers which lost my interest rather quickly. Looked beast but still...
Venos. These things look fun. An antistun that works on you pet AND doubles a pet's dps for a moment? Kinda like a pet sparking, I guess. Of course the frog caught my attention the most. The humiliation and shame of getting turned into a frog and 6 seconds later, you're dead... I mean, even for melee hitters. That'd keep you from stunning, sparking, stealthing, just long enough to be nuked by magic attacks or pets for those in LA. However, the doll that takes magic damage and deals it instead to one target... may I get an explaination on this one too? Sounds to me like the only purpose is for casters to be able to get outta aoe range and nuke the doll and the boss take the damage still. If that's not the only use, fill me in on some others if you find any.
Barbarians... Forget your aggro moves, your ground skill and aps skill? Barbs are back, baby!
Psychics... I expected more outta what I saw from these guise. Putting someone in a lock and stopping their damage intake is cool, but venos already do that, and with an anti stun like Dance, they do it without being stuck there. But otherwise I suppose their skills aren't that bad.
Assassins... AOE stealth makes up for archers being able to stun as well. And you guise get a poison move. Not sure why it's there, but I'd hate to get hit by it if I were HA. The curse that makes the damage you take get dealt to the person cursed, but that cursed person can smack you all they want... That screams 2 things. Anti-pet warfare and TW. Otherwise useless pvp wise. Would really help in fc though. But if I catch you looking at my inventory, I will rip out your spine.
Mystics. I was hoping to see a cool plant or maybe another summon. But I'll gladly accept the 3rd Eye. Knocking Sins and others outta stealth upon will. That's probably the most fun skill besides turning them into 5 aps frogs.
Seekers. You guise DO get a pet for 2 minutes. Odd, a melee class getting a summon. Wait, I know venos who do that. A nerfed 3rd eye is still fun too, and of course an aggro move because that veno's pretty persistant on stealing it... lolz
I vote that the veno frog move gets a 5 meter aoe and has a 20-50% chance to turn foes in that range into frogs when that skill's maxed out xD jk. I'm liking that humiliating affect too much.0 -

Korren is free to correct me on this, but I believe the newer stuff is for higher levels. It's either 85, 95, or 100+, I can't quite determine it right now.

I'm also pretty impressed with the class skills and the new area, but the lack of classes to go with the clubs and whips that were presented before the Earthguard came out leaves something to be desired...
....something desired that hopefully won't break the game even more....They made fun of me because I wasn't a R8 Psychic...and then came third cast. It's not funny anymore.

LOL at you trying to troll. I understand what it does, not what makes it useful. Sure, some mobs regenerate hp. Sure, in tw, people are constantly spamming heals and ticking charms. But why waste the time to use that when you could just nuke them and finish the job? I'm not claiming I know everything, just summing up what I do know , inquiring about the things I don't. playing the wrong game in the wrong place?
looks like your skull is kinda' thick , so here we go: on high HP targets you can't just "nuke and finish the job" unless you're R9+12 then it's kinda faceroll anyway. This is a tool that gives less geared - but skilled ppl - a chance to take down high hp targets ( either high in absolute number or high because of your own low weapon refine/damage output) . This skill used properly basically negates a charm tick/ToP/HP food - and that is actually a very powerful tool in the right hands.
Now the worthless label I put on your post from there on might not be totally accurate, it's more of a "if you don't understand this much, it's hard to think you can come with any useful thoughts on the other classes/skills anyway, so you're not helping anyone with anything. Same empty blah blah like other posts around.
And in the end yeah, this forum is about 80% full of worthless topics, so your assessment isn't far from truth.____________

Those clubs and whips have been here since the game was made, they just weren't ever implemented. Could be part of an expansion later on down the road, though...

Yes they tweaked some skills, for example archers it seems that now get 31 stealth levels when using their stealth. For clerics the level requirement for blessing of gods was changed to 95, (a common complain on the forums was that it was too high).
For now the biggest complains on the forums (Wizard extremely OP skill, MM/Cleric lackluster new skills, and Veno supposedly being useless on party) remain unchanged.
At least they are listening to the complains, they even have a forums where they state that you can talk to the developers without a communication barrier, and it seems that they are making adjust based on what people say, something that obviously cant be said that is done here... now if I could only speak Chinese and go there to post my opinion... b:surrender0 -

Since they're listening, then let me say it. For metal mage mode, please do not negate what it is that a cleric actually does. Please give some additionalt pdef bonus, and don't nerf our already low hp when we do decide to go into this mode.
I can see my heal percentage being REDUCED, by say 50%...or even better NOT REDUCED at all, but please don't take away our heals and blessings for those times. If the power of our heals was reduced, then I could see it being like a light version of a psychics white voodoo/black voodoo skill. However, please don't punish a cleric for trying ro maximize DD potential by removing them from what they essentially are. Oh, and please raise the accuracy/duration of our Tianyan of thunderstorm symbol, as well as the the time of the sincere buff, while reducing its cooldown please.

To be fair, as a wizard, no changes are being made to YOUR old skills. You'll still have more damage output than I would, and can kite better as well. YOUR new skills are extremely good control skills.
My new skills are a no XP passive skill...which I like.
Skills that affect charm ticks...but I don't pvp or tw, so that is negligible for me.
*An inaccurate counterattack....that does physical damage....not much use against heavy armor.
*Going into metal mage mode causes me TO LOSE THE SKILLS THAT KEEP ME ALIVE. (THIS MEANS THAT I CAN'T IH, and still don't have the same damage output as you do as a wiz.)
My hp is naturally low. As a mage player, you should know this as well. It's not like I'll be gamebreakingly powerful if my hp does not suffer a reduction. Instead, its more like I'll catch up to the power of other classes some.
What I suggested in regards to the metal mage form causing an decrease in healing power was to make it comparable to a psychics black/white voodoo forms.
Psychics get increased overall damage, but decreased physical defense.
My suggestion was going into MM form would cause that same increase in metal damage, while causing a reduction of healing power as a pose to the COMPLETE REMOVAL of it. Remember that although clerics can DD, we are STILL a support class. Our heals are what have gotten us this far. Not our high damage output, not our high hp, not our high pdef...because we don't have that. Clerics do not have the damage as a wizard, psychic, or mystic. What I suggested would help with that without essentially removing a cleric from their role TOTALLY.
That said, enjoy your new powerful skills. I bet that you'd be a little upset too if you got a form for your control skills...with the downside being that you couldn't use BIDS, BT, sandstorm, or your mountain skill. Why? Because that stops you from being an effective DD'er. Even with that you could still DD some. I can't even heal. See my point?"Male Player using female toon. Please don't flirt with me."
