Google checkout transaction Cancelled!!

i made a mistake in my billing profile which did not match with my google checkout account, so the transaction was cancelled. I got mail from google checkout saying i was not charged but when i went and checked into my bank account i found out that google had already charged me b:cry. will google refund me my money? if so n how many days?

Refunds usually take about 2-7 business days to show on your account. If you don't see a refund within that period of time, just send us a ticket with a brief description of what happened and your google transaction number, and we'll help you out!

^ what he said, same thing happend to me once with another payment option, took me 2 days and i got it refunded

I wouldn't trust google. I had the same incident like you. The google itself doesn't even have a support number, only way to communicate by email and the process take so slow. All you might get is some reassurance that they didn't deducted your money and is it still pending, but in reality your money is already gone. What you should do is file a dispute or claim with your bank. Might be the best solution to get your money back.
