    Are being advertised on Sanctuary.

    1) If any of the staff at PWE monitored like... Anything, they would already know they have an issue with this.
    2) Ticket system is a joke. Willing to bet the private server has a better support system than PWE.
    3) I'm like... Busy doing stuff. Why should I be bothered to take a screencap, FIND it in the remote directory that it's in, realize I'm in the wrong client, back out to root directory, find it on the correct client (I have two copies of PWI installed, only one is patched, unless one has issues, in which case I will switch), copy the screen cap, resize it because it would take 3-4 days to submit it via the webform on PWE's website, FIND the ticket site on PWE's website, figure out which category this fits into, hit my keyboard with my face to put letters into the form boxes, attach the resized screen cap via the webform, submit, have it give an error, redo it all over again from the 'figure out which category' bit, have it go through, wait 6 weeks while this person changes names 122,499 times, and finally, buy a new keyboard because it stopped working due to my face being implanted in the keys.

    So instead, I'm going to post this here in the remote hopes that one of the mods, fuzzy or otherwise, will have a more direct way of informing the PWE staff that they have an issue, and it will get resolved this week, instead of in 12 weeks from now. b:surrender

      wow, all manner of laziness in this thread. And we only have two posts so far. It's funny this thread was even made when the ticketing system has just been completely revamped. Has anyone actually even bothered trying to use the new ticketing system as of yet?

      I even knew about it, and I don't play anymore. I recall it being mentioned in many posts.

      yeah I am of the opinion that the reason the entire website is on the fritz is because of the implementation of the new support system for the website.

      I haven't clicked it in the past ~2 months. 3 months ago, I did, and it reminded me of an old flash page called 'Windows RG'. It's humerous, so feel free to do it at work. Just don't... Don't do the full screen version, unless you know how to kill your web browser using just a keyboard.

      I would suggest looking at the link now, the new support section of this site is pretty darn sleek in my opinion, even if it is killing the rest of the functionality of this website.

      Don't worry, WC is usually never monitored these days.

      I'm actually standing over someone doing said advertising (this very secondddd). I wish the GM function worked ingame... Or that actual GMs showed up ingame more often. I could try to report through the support ticket function, but by the time the support team gets on it, I'm sure the player standing and advertising would be gone to the private server they spawned from.

      Has to be a more effective way to keep up with this ****, honestly. With the money they earn from us...

      Why does someone advertising for private server prompts you to report them? Assuming it's not a scam site. The way I see it, if PWI can't police its own game, and as long as it's not scamming players, I won't bother doing their dirty work for them. They suck at their job and I'm sure as hell not going to help so they feel like they busted someone themselves.

      EDIT: Also, the name of the server being advertised would be of help to the GMs, please and thank you... bit of an afterthought.
