I can not charge zen

I have been trying for the past hour with internet explorer and Mozilla and have not been able to get to the website to charge zen. Is the website down? Can you fix this right away? Please let me know right away.

    Like the others, my charge Zen page won't load. Just a blank screen.

    But the same is happening on the Zen rewards page & the DQ rewards page.

    The Zen reward page has been like this for at least 12 hours, I checked after game maintenance at 4am EST, it's 4pm EST now, and they still don't work.

    C'mon PWI, get on the ball here!

    I am pretty sure there is some kind of maintenance going on, or at least that's what I heard. I also have the same issues the whole billing system is down weather it is VIA steam, or purchasing Zen from the site.

    I assume if it isn't maintenance that they definitely know about this. They must be doing something to fix it now because I was temporarily able to get the page to load, only to have it stop loading midway, it'll probably be up shortly

    This is obviously a website problem. I've tried Firefox, IE and Chrome, as have others.

    The entire website is slow, especially forums.
