afk pet leveling?..

hey, i have seen people in the Cube going afk and their pets still attacking? :O
can this be done? or are they bots?

    Cube is the fastest way to lvl a pet (Room 4) after my experience, but you can't go afk lvling pet there.

    There is a place north of Orchid Temple where veno actually can afk-lvling-pet.
    Your pet need to be on defend. Those mobs that spawn is attacking when someone near, and your pet will attack the mob when it attacks you or your pet.
    However, the mobs does hit a little harder, have a bit HP and are lvl (?). This means you need to have your pet already lvled a bit if you need to go AFK without it being killed.
    There aren't so many of those mobs, so only few venos can go afk there training. Good luck getting a spot :)

    it also helps that you yourself leveled a bit too before doing this, i recommend 40 and above though

    No: it's the fastest fail way. If you're not fail; you can level faster on mobs.

    Depends, I stand in room 4 just hitting alpha male every now and then, while being on other account most of the time. It may not be the fastest way properly saying, but lvling pets can get annoying on the long run.

    well it's a veno's necessary evil though...at least we won't be powerleveling too much as to shoot ourselves in the foot for having pets several levels below us.

    You want a pet class that's automatically levels their pets, go roll a myst.

    They just sit in a place and Tab+ Alt+1 mobs , which sends the pets around. I have done it too sometimes when i was bored to grind.

    It would be nice if the lvling of pets would be a little bit more in phase with current game speed though. For me, a normal veno's pet bag would be a flying pet and 2 land pets. With just bh and cs, so not even talking about any fcc, it's already difficult to keep 1 pet up to your own lvl. Personally I have quite a few more, cause the armored bear is cool, the tabby is cute, the froggy is epic, etc. So yeah, I spend a lot of time lvling them and would like it a little faster. Though I agree it shouldn't be pulled to exageration as for characters.

    Yea, level pet AFK is ultra spensive and don't worth, people came with this idea long time ago, when we didin't had places like Frost for example, today AFK leveling It's only a good excuse for boters, have said.

    Um. Frost is like the anti-pet levelling place.

    Not condoning it though - it doesn't really take very long to get a pet level.

    Solo Phoenix Valley isn't bad for pet leveling... lots of mobs near your level.

    Still, might give that a go for a while; mixing the various places up is probably more fun than doing oht over and over and over.

    Still wonder why they say they ban people for this. I see no issue with afk pet leveling and don't understand why people hate it so much.

    Question, how exactly is it bannable to level pets while afk? uhhh I haven't ever done it before.. but I have seen it a few times...

    Srry 2 open a old thread but I need updated answer. With FF, bh and all the ways of lvling fast is using the above method to lvl your pet banable?

    I mean. The mobs are agro and if you put your pet on defend your pets can lvl itself. If you prepared for the repair bill on your gear that is. But with a veno's easy grinding footing the bill is not a big pain.

    Yes, if you're afk while doing so.
