Level 4 blacksmith

I have just finnished level 3 blacksmith i am at level 53 when i go to the elder to get to level 4 it is lit up and asks if i want to learn this skill, but i get message cannot learn this skill what am i doing wrong?

    My Veno completed the level 4 blacksmith quest -- crafting the two-star items. Went back to North Arch blacksmith, got book, went to Elder, book disappeared when I supposedly bought the next level skill, but now I cannot progress. What have I done wrong? My cleric also just completed the level 4 quest, and got the book, and bought the skill from the elder, but now cannot go any farther. I do not understand, and have not been able to find any complete instructions on how to do this.

    I really do not want to have to spend 10 mil coin (which I think is an absolutely ridiculous price) for another book when I did what I thought I was supposed to do with the one I was given by the blacksmith. Is this just a racket to get us to spend more coin? My veno only has just under 2 million. How the ---- am I supposed to get 10 mil without doing a bunch of things that take away from what I am wanting to do, which is just play the ---- game!

    I would appreciate some fix or advice which will not cost so unrealistically and unreaonably much coin!

    If you really finished all items to get lvl 4 tailor, got the book and learned it. There's no quest for lvl 5. You just have to make stuff till u get ur skill to 100%, then go learn lvl 5. There will be a quest for lvl 6 though but as someone said in another thread, it's level based :



    The elder gives the quest for level 4 starting at level 50 and for level 6 starting at level 80. The level 8 crafting quests start at level 99
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    Have you filled your smithing experience bar, by making all the weapons to fill it up, so you can go to the next level??

    .... you have to be lvl 60 for lvl 4

    actually uhhh... i dun remember anymore lol

    Yes. It says, when I look at my veno's qualifications, 45/45 completed. The first 45 is in blue. Does that mean anything? I just do not seem to get her to level 5. What am I missing, for I am obviously missing something! Thanks for all responses.

    Its wierd? If you've already got it all done with and are over 50th lv, then it should let you have it... For the life of me, I can't think of any other reason why it won't let you go too the next level......b:question
