Game Freezes

My Game freezes for 3 seconds(the Screen goes Still) in every 5 seconds
Its not only d character what freezes...its d whole game screen...
Everything goes fine until i login into the game...as i login the problem occurs....Please help me with my Issue, Below u can c my computer specs.

My UAC settings is off
my Firewall is disabled and
No Programs Running in the Background

    no no background apps run while i play d game...except for the windows services..

    Then you must check connection to server.

    When it is unstable, then game will freeze .

    how old is your laptop?. I had the exact same thing happen in another game, freezing for xx seconds every xx seconds but it was on a desktop PC. I had previously changed the video card but no luck. Turned out that i needed a new motherboard.

    if its not old or a broken squeaky new one, check out what your memory is
    (ex; DDR3 1866/1600/1333/1066)
    and go to bios and see if lowering that laptops memory speed 1 notch will help with the hiccups
    (i had to lower mine cause it didnt even start up on the desktop)
    find out if its also factory overclocked or if your manually overclocking it.
