Game Freezes

My Game freezes for 3 seconds(the Screen goes Still) in every 5 seconds
Its not only d character what freezes...its d whole game screen...
Everything goes fine until i login into the game...as i login the problem occurs....Please help me with my Issue, Below u can c my computer specs.

My UAC settings is off
my Firewall is disabled and
No Programs Running in the Background

    Sounds like a graphics problem have you updated your graphics cards drivers?Heres a few tips on graphics ok adobe flash player needs be updated,java needs to be updated,microsoft directx needs be updated not by normal microsoft updates but at microsoft site for directx.Graphics driver can be updated by makers site ok on graphics card. would suggest goint to adobe and updating adobe flash player, and going to java and updating java,then going to microsoft and downloading most recent directx download that should correct it ok if not then you need run a dsl speed test would say its just those simple updates though and not dsl speed though k.

    Allso defragment system it helps system operate better ok after updates or downloads

    would suggest you run a dsl speed test cause think your dsl connection is causeing lag ok look on internet for the word lag on wiki site it tells what causes it ok.A connection that varys or lags to much causes what you said happend ok.Was going to post link but removed it cause of terms of service agreement ok.

    My ping is fine...its just not my character what freezes...my game freezes..i cant move ma cursor nor do anything when it freeze...

    Thats called a application crash client overloaded system then,can be a serious problem sorry to say it but true ok.It could be a corrupt file that came in download or a corrupt file that came from updating then.Does your comp ever freeze on other applications besides this one?If not would say uninstall game and restart comp then redownload game and check files when it says to and if files are ok then it shouldnt do it no more ok.Sometimes update files get corrupted when they down load and when they try to start it crashes application that tryed to run ok.If other applications are freezing or crashing besides perfect world then you may need to reinstall the whole system software to be on the safe side.Software is sometimes misconfigured on a download and it causes system or application crashes reason why the comp crashes it doesnt know how to handle it in the file system ok and when the application trys to start either the application crashes or system does.Know have defeated the worst viri on web ok and reprogrammed it where most would have had to take their comp to shop and had hardrive wiped I done it myself without shop ok lol.Have worked on viri,worms you name it done em the newest viri is rough only way remove it is wipe hardrive restore disks dont even touch it acts like restores wasnt even there in that case ya gotta wipe the drive ok enough ranting,if only thing happening is that perfect world is crashing uninstall it and restart comp then go download again but do check files when it gives option to ok that way you know they arent misconfigured ok and wont crash application or system.If knew it had froze way you just said would have recommended this before now ok.
