Installing error, Need help please.

I will download the game perfectly fine and then when it's time to install it just stays in the same spot forever and doesn't move. I've left it installing for hours and even a day and it still doesn't move.


If someone can tell me what's going on I would really appreciate it.

    Try checking user account settings they may interfere if you are not administratrator or are administrator ok or it could be antiviri software security settings causing it to not install or a firewall or modem security setting,would say in my opinion though its user account setting that interfering k try lowering it see what happens ok.You were able to download it but wernt able to install it reason why say its a setting ok.
