problem in Archosaur

its my first post in forum and i dont know that its the right place to mention my problem but i searched and i could not find a correct answer and i must Apologies for my bad EN .

my problem also my friends problem in my country ( Iran ) is we cant log in in our account that are in Archosaur city and in most times when it loged in the we have problem in loading surroundings and shops and ... and game stop loading , too laggy with high ping , its take a long time , sometimes it was time out at entering

our server is Raging Tide and when our account is in other cities we easily log in to their and with a medium ping and play the game without any problem from loading object , persons and environment

at first we Thought its a problem from my net also i see my friends in Iran , in other cities of Iran , have same problem like me .

i test that by current net service i can log in other servers of game as easily as other cities of Raging Tide then I conclude our problem mostly occur in login into our accounts when their are in Archosaur , Perhaps because this is a crowded city

i dont know the Correct answer but i know Our problem is a week that has started



I hope the support give me a clear answer to that problem is related to what they really think we will suffer
