"Unable to proceed to update"

thats what my cleint says pls help me out ;p

never had troubles with this kind of thing b4...

when i open directly game it tells me to update, but it says "quote in title"

    Try Verifying your game by running the Patcher. See if that fixes it.

    just tried running patcher and says same thing as title...

    i click verify and nothing happens

    i clcik update and update box appears but nothing happens when i hit ok

    That's quite odd. Clicking Verify should get you a mini patcher-window asking: "Verifying may take a while. Proceed?"

    If nothing's happening, then something in your computer set up is preventing that second window from appearing. Unfortunately, Tech Support isn't my specialty, so I recommend you contact our TS department for additional info.

    Are you running it as administrator (right click and click "run as admin")?

    Sassy check router security or modem security setting ok somtimes it interferes with game clients etc ok.If its set to high client wont work right k.Anti viri software sometimes interferes allso as well as some firewalls when set to certain lvls ok hope this helps youb:pleased Truely believe its 1 or all of the 3 ok,windows has a firewall and routers and dsl modems do to ok.Wouldnt say its windows firewall would suggest checking router or mdsl modem security setting ok if its set above low on medium or high suggest set to low setting kb:bye

    Had simular problem myself and modem security setting was interfering ok,try the administrator stuff and it was a no no mess ok,lots times its settings on comp that causes game clients to act up allso.example user account settings if set to a certain lvl will interfere to try lowering its setting ok you can allways set it back k if not it.b:bye
