Trial of Balance not possible (indivisible amount of mobs)

We arent able to do the Trial of defence. the total of amount of mobs end on 3, To divide that into 5 equal parts is not possible. We have tried to reset it 2 times but everytime again it end on 3.
The total amount of mobs to equaly divide is 203. but over 5 rooms this is not doable. 203/5 =40,6
Did any other faction have this problem, and if you do where you able to solve it somehow, someway?
The customer service of pwi ask me to place it here, because they are unable to solve the problem themselves (yes i know it sounded weird to me aswell).

First you mean trial of balance and not defense.
To fix this you have to reset your base instance. Have every single faction member leave the base so that it is totally empty for like 30 mins. Make sure there is noone in base or it won't reset. At that point you should be able to restart that trial fresh.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Yes you are right its trial of balance. Thanks for the correction.
I hope somebody has another suggestion to this problem, because i don't see how to prevent faction members entering the base for 30 minits.0 -
For this specific trial...
Once you reset your Faction Base instance...make sure your whole faction stays in the middle once inside. DO NOT go inside the color(elemental) portals. Wait it out. This lets the numbers stabilize. So suggestion: Wait and watch the numbers change. Should be that they all add up to a number divisible by 5. Don't rush in and start killing...have your faction wait.
Hope this helps! And good luck0 -
we had the same problem, but we ended up completing the trial anyway. We had a total mob count of 156 or something like that, so there would be 31 mobs in all the rooms except for one. 32 mobs in one of the rooms. We just had to kill one mob in that room, and for a instant the numbers are balanced. The game recognizes the balance and completes the quest before the mob is added into another room. I do know some people who had an extra of 2-3 mobs as well. They attacked the mobs at one time, and killed them near the same time to achieve the same effect.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I dont get it.... We are trying to do Trial 1 (Trial of defense) We had a squad and all went nice. In middle of trial a factionmember loged in and wanted to join but could not. The teleported did not allow him into trial. Any ideas why? We did have a 9 member squad (which included him too). He did have enough meritpoints and allso he was lvl 101. basically all requirements where fulfilled.0

More than 100 hours in faction? If the answer is yes, submit a ticket. And spread the word, trials are broken b:victory. Mods will poke the gm, gm will poke the devs, and we'll get a solution.0 -
We got the same issues here. Someone broke trials it seems. e.e[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Yea its a frequent glitch.
When i used to do trials, would happen like 50% of the time, in which case to avoid spending reset fee, we would all just leave the base long enough to reset it. We never even thought of balancing it till 1 away then killing that one mob O.o Genious[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
