Live chat for support..

Ive been waiting for live chat and it says it opens at 10:30 and then at 1:30.. its 1:33 now and it still says its not the right time.. any help ?

    The time is 10:36 PST at the moment. Are you sure you're referring to the correct time zone?

    Please note that Live Chat is only available during our business hours running from Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 to 6PM.

    This is the message that appears when i search live chat in support. i live in canada , quebec.

    and its 1:40pm right now, i play in lost city.

    Ya it's 1:40 when u posted the last post... where YOU are. It was 10:40 on the west coast (PW time).

    Oh by the way Live chat's never worked..... all the money they get they never hired people to man it... or something. b:surrender

    Why are people too stupid to realize that PWE is based in California...which means they are PST time, which is -8 from the GMT (0)
