Missing supply stash

I've opened a ticket about this problem, but I post a topic in case someone here has a solution for it. Today I opened the box at lv 80 and got 2 items, but none of them was box for lv 85. I asked faction members whether they've got box for lv 85 and they said yes. So, if anyone has ideas how to make this box come back to my inventory - I'm listening.
Note that I had at least 9 free slots at the time, so inventory space can't be the problem.

    You're fac mates are pulling a fast one on ya, next time go to the wiki for this kind of thing cuz some players will purposefully tell ya the wrong info for the lulz.

    After you open the level 80 stash, it disappears, and you don't get another one.

    96 Demon Cleric/Sage Seeker
    95 Demon Wiz/
    94 Sage Veno
    85 Psy/80 Mystic
    And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

    I don't think anyones mentioned it yet, but there is no stash after lvl 80.

    I know at lvl50, you need a hammer... what of the higher levels?

    Level 55-75=free

    80=need hammer

    Ok, are the items actually worth getting a pair of hammers for? Thats 9 gold or about 8 to 9 million coin last I checked the catshops. Either way, unless I get something decent, I dont think it's really worth my finances.

    It's 5 gold, and hasn't been worth it since gold went over a million. Back when it was like 400-500k, and the wheel of fate was overpriced so that buying a hammer on sale was only a few hundred k more than it, it was definitely worth the price. *thats when I got mine, btw. Wheel of fate was like 2 mil back then, and on sale the hammers were like 2.3mil. Considering all the other stuff, and the fact that general summer sword stacks up pretty darn well against wheel of fate, it was worth it.* But ever since gold rose a lot, and they put a timer on the weapons, the supply stash hasn't been worth opening even at level 50.
