    If I guess correctly.. People will start combo-ing Red Rope Dragon for 3rd map grinding and zhenning.. lolz.

    There is a buff icon with the same name as this skill so it does seem like edged blur.

Don't wizzies have that so wat we got to get it from them or something everyone to get an advantage of using like 4/5 of these skills
