Is demon spark and windshield add together?

I was told they don't add!

If they do add, how do you show it?

My base is 2.86

Demon Spark -> 4.00 (Char Screen)
Demon Spark + Windshield -> 3.33 (Char Screen) obviously a bug!

    Speed buffs don't stack together.

    That would explain why
    base 2.86
    Demon spark -> 4.00
    Demon spark + Windshiled -> 3.33
    because Windshild cancel the demon spark?

    Is that the case people?

    Nothing to complain about really. 4 aps is permaspark w/o needing skills provided there are no interrupts.

    Yes, you're right chucky. Windshield cancels out demon spark.

    The chances are astronomically infinitesimal (epic oxymoron is fail), but with the -int adds and set bonus on r8 recast, 5aps r9 is possible.

    Set bonus does not add anything to the overall amount of -int you can get it simply replaces the -int on the plate or wrists.

    @Traz I thought I read somewhere that 3 pieces of R8 gear gives a set bonus of -0.1 int.

    If you can get -0.05 int on the boots, and -0.1 on the chest, then you'll end up with an additional -0.05 over everything else.

    Normally -> -0.1 from R8 chest, -0.05 from 2nd tier Nirvana pants, -0.05 from TT99 LA set bonus with boots. = -0.2 interval

    Recasted -> -0.1 from R8 recast chest, -0.05 from R8 recast boots, and -0.1 set bonus (pants) for 3 pieces = -0.25 inteval

    But the chances of getting 2x -0.05 on recasted r8 chest is minimal I think. Ast knows the odds, because she's posted it before.
