I forgot my email, password and username

Can a GM please help me? b:sad
I used to had another account, but I've been out for a while so I wasn't playng, and now I come in and try to log and I can't cus the password and username are wrong, and to make it worse I can't remember my email!
But I do remember some things for you to see that I'm the owner, I remember that when I log it says "welcome Orcerus" or something like that... the account have a Blademaster lv93 called natsuo with heavy gear HH90 (at least it had it when I logged out for the last time) it had a barbarian and I think a venomancer (low lvl)
I think it had some fashion...

So please if any GM can help me, pleeeaseeee heeelp )): I wanna play! ))): please help me GMs b:sad

    send an e-mail to customerservice.perfectworldinc.com with as much detail as you can muster about the account.

    They will ask you for verifying information, then you should be good to go.

    ok i have tried the ticketing system deal. the issue is my password was either changed or something. the one i had for it stopped working. the email i registered account with almost 3 years ago is inactive. they say "log in" to use tickets. well if i could log in i wouldnt have a problem no? and the email to customerserviceetc. fails. ive tried like 6 times. i just want to speak to a GM and see if i can prove ownership of my account and change the email linked to it and then change password and regain my account. but anyone who can help me at perfectworld is very elusive and hard to reach and i am becoming frustrated with the whole thing. someone please help.

    You should make a new account and get the ticket with that account telling them your problem and all that, and the email is you need is: customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    It worked for me, and the time of the answer depends on the day works, they may take a few hours to answer you.
