RB delta? Made harder?

has RB delta been made harder since 09? people wc for GV but wont accept anyone under 100.... seems weird, they all say "you need to be uber pro to gv."

unless theyve inreased the difficulty this should not be true, i was one of the first three barbs to successfully complete a gv on my server a couple years back, and we completed with a 90-95 squad, with only +6 hh90 gears, before all the crazy gear that is out now.


am i missing something? or has the quality of player decreased so drastically since ive quit? do people honestly have no idea how to play their class anymore?

    That pretty much sums it up.. Overall currently there is a huge bunch of power lvl:d folks that have maxed only couple skills and know only how to run FC. There is still couple of old school players who like challenge thou. I hope ya find Delta buddies b:victory

    Delta hasnt gotten any harder (been tanking it on my own barb since lv92 with tt90+5 and never had huge problems). But with all these hyper nubs running around you never know what you're in for with a random squad. Thankfully, uber gear can compensate for a certain level of fail, so people feel safer taking 100+ with at least decently refined r8. It's the same reason why people tend to shun mystics and psys as AOE DDs. You have to have half a brain to play them well in delta, rather than just set up DB/BoA/vortex and be done with it. As for barbs, a lot of them have given up most of their vit for fist builds, which doesnt serve them too well in delta.

    Additionally, very few people do gamma anymore, so most people have no clue how to do delta until they're 100+ and need it for bh / OHT culti.

    I don't blame p-level/hyper-level at all. There's a ton of mooch bags that don't pull their weight that aren't being held accountable. People need to start kicking for things like: no blessing, +0 weap, 2xxx HP, etc. -Those are obvious tipoffs. Then there's the idiots that spam chromatic healing beam, don't amp, don't summon, etc. Oh.. it's your cousin/ mom/ BFFL? - Then don't drag me into it.

    I do spawn point with my 90 barb. It doesn't seem any harder to me.

    It is part of bh 1 and 2 for 100+, most of the people calling for wave 2~3 are doing it for bh. Some 4~5 are for chrono, and you hear the occasional wc for full delta (a few a day). When i was in my 90's i did my bh, cube, divine. Finding squads was hard, so did more alone things.

    Yeah, when I did my chronos for 2nd map on my veno, the squad that finally managed to get it done was with a lv85 gamma barb in gold TT80, immac-ed and some basic +3 refine I think. The wizard and cleric were also overgeared gamma pro who were still 85 back then. The only lv100s were the random archer and bm. I refused to belive the whole time we would get past stage3, but we ended up killing the extra boss for the bm's chronos. b:shocked Good thing I had some experience from gamma, but they were a little late quite a few time to warn me on which boss to delay with the herc in the latter part.

    Hm, no, with decent gears delta is easy...finding a squad is not. This game is full of narrow thinking types.

    I often have to beg to get into a delta and I am rank 9 +12 with 144 attack levels(with demon chill and frenzy) And every single skill available is demon..and I have all lv 79 an 100 skills...and im always hitting triple sparked. Somehow people have gotten it into thier head that my aoe is weak.....

    I have finished wave 4 and 5 now for chrono on my level 93 barb, tt90 gear only refined to +3 at this point. I didn't find it difficult at all.

    well im not talking about wave 1-6, those waves are easy mode, the challenge comes in on the last 2-3 rounds. as well as completing within the given time limits.

    RB Delta is a level 100 BH and is almost never done past stage 2 or 3. Thats why its almost always level 100 squads.

    nobody cares to explain what to do in gv anymore and some people will never here about gv till they get the cultiquest or bh100...b:bye

    Delta is wicked fun when you have a barb that doesn't believe in tiger form and uses claws and axes (single target) on the mobs rather than gathering them. Even when you tell him. Such was my bh today b:cry

    ran 3 complete delta's in the past week, 2 at spawn point. can get in if under 100, just need to be good and go with people who know you.

    I'm one of the persons that didn't do their first RB until level 100. Mainly because I used to be in a small faction and things like TT 3-x, RB, god scary. :p

    But now, I do it as daily bh easily, and it's not hard at all if you know what you're doing. I did my mystics and bms culti before 95 too. I even ended up duoing a delta cause we couldn't find a cleric xD

    An R9 seeker +12 with full buffs (blood paint buff most likely), TOP, tangling mire, and holy path? Why do I have a feeling delta is a joke compared to other RBs? Because people BARELY do Alpha and Gamma... Beta even and there is lack of guides for them.... Most likely no one ever completed Rebirth beta before, unless I am wrong.

    noobs may partially be the reason but there are other reasons too.
    Most of the time if u get lv100+ u can do delta at spawn point if these pple have at least some sort of rank/nirvana/TT99 refined gear.

    On sanctuary pple dont shout specifically for lv100+ but its helpful if they are cause that carves off alot of unnecessary time.

    Nope. Just a slightly better than average geared BM, a well geared Sin, a meh barb/cleric/archer/mage.

    I've never heard of anyone finishing Alpha... Gamma... people don't stay in that level range long enough to do it anymore. I never finished a Gamma, but I didn't start doing RB until I was 91/92 for cultis. Then I started running it pretty much every day, sometimes twice for about a year.
