It's working fine for me, 3 of us playing here.

Common reasons that you can't connect to the servers...

The more information you give, the easier it is to figure out your problem. I don't see why this concept is such a problem for you people to grasp.

From what you've given me, here's a quick list right off the top of my head of probable causes...
    1. You don't have the three .exe files for the client set to run as administrator.
    2. You don't have the game directory set as an exception in your security softwares.
    3. Your network adapter driver is out of date and needs to be refreshed.
    4. Your local area network settings are improperly configured.
    5. You have more than one firewall and don't realize it.
    6. Your firewall settings are too strict. (Very common with ZoneAlarm and Commodo.)
    7. Your router is configured improperly.
    8. you have a bad network cable.
    9. You're using a wireless network connection. (Which leads to another huge list.)
    10. You have a lot of traffic on your local network that is bogging your router/modem down.
    11. There's a fault in your router.
    12. There's a fault in your modem.
13, You have a bad phone cord plugged into your modem.
    14. There's an issue with your house wiring.
    15. There's an issue with your outside wiring.
    16. A squirrel chewed on your phone line at the pole and it's raining. (I've had this happen personally.)
    17. A switch/router at the CO for your ISP is having an issue.
    18. One of the many hubs between you and PWI is having an issue.
    19. There is heavy sunspot activity. (has happened within the past two years)
    20. There's a regional router outage. (Has happened several times, most recently just a couple of weeks ago.)

That's just a few. The more details you give, the better I can narrow it down and tell you what the issue is.
Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

I can connect to all servers just not Sanc which is the server I play on hence the question is Sanc down in the first place. Just been on Arch to test and it works fine just shows Sanc server as down for me yet any other I can connect to perfectly. So that kinda rules out alot of the suggestions as I can get onto all servers apart from the one I want to typical huh lol

Yes I do have it on copy paste.

    Why?

    Because these threads pop up
    Everyone complains
No one provides any info so that someone could possibly help them
And on top of all of that ignorance, you guys sit and blame the servers when 98% of the population isn't having an issue at all.

The most likely explanation is a regional router dropping packets. A traceroute will show that.

You guys seem to think that you have some kind of magic direct connection to the server when your connection is not only travelling across an entire continent, but over the Atlantic and part of a second continent to boot. There's a LOT of places where something can happen to your signal that will prevent you from connecting to the servers.

Wow little bit harsh isnt it I only asked if the server was down or not wasnt expecting some magically fairy to come fix a problem just a simple is it down or not was all I asked. Seemed weird I could connect to any server apart from Sanc hence why I asked to see if anyone else was having an issue

All West Coast servers are out of reach for me, can connect anywhere else, must be a regional issue.

FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT.

I need to open my cat shop.

There's nothing wrong with the servers. There is nothing for them to fix.

I'm having an issue with the regional router in Colorado. It has nothing to do with PWI at all.
