Wierd mails + all accoutns banned at same time???

I recivied some wierd e mails from fake pwi addresses today plus they were addressing to some of mine old issues with pwi how the hell they had that info?

now on the worse part my main account and my wifes whos been paying pwi on 2nd pc is banned, we cant log on our accounts !!! didn't recive any official mail from pwi about ban and i am writing this atm from my alt account,

we didn't play pwi for few days coudlnt it be that someone **** our accounts or what i dont know but pwi clearly say that accoutns are banned without any official explanation :((((

i feel very stressed played game for 3 years have few sets of r8 and one set of full r9. and now to see this , very sad .

    some people have been getting these strange e-mails from a pwe1. They r scams. if u followed the link there is a chance that they stole your account.

    They all had info's from my sent tickets from pasts some unsolved etc so i clicked and it didn;t lead to anything just to "Server not found"

    now i don;t know where to write ticket coz it doenst let me log my account on this forum says i am banned .

    you should be able to send in a ticket with your alt account your using now. Just use the name and info of your banned account in your ticket info.

    As for the e-mails, if you want to now more about them theres already a forum topic open about it. Seems lot of people who had sent in tickets are getting these e-mails

    Don't do this as they won't talk to you about a ban from an alternative account.

    Email them from the email address that is registered to the banned accounts. It's the weekend, but they usually will send you an email about the issue within 5 days. Although when my little brother was banned for logging in on my computer (apparently they thought the ip address was strange) they replied within 24 hours when I sent it during a weekday. As for the scam emails, there are other threads open about this.
