3 things:
1) if you are a female character, ask for ride. Advance players can fly you there. (only males can fly females). I wish I could explain this better. LOL
2) Jump from the rocky hill east of the gate. If you are lucky you will see others doing it too. You have to literally "stand in the air". you will not fall. From there you jump and leap. After you leap and you start to fall down. Press "X". this will make your toon to flip last longer in the air (many people do it without the flip. However, I could not)
In other words: stand in air, jump, leap and flip.
3) This is probably the most important. Do a "search" on this forum so you can find better tips than mine.0 -
lol Granrey, at least you tried to explain it I looked at the question and didn't know where to even begin to explain b:chuckle0

Bah, I found this quest impossible. My method for solving it was getting to level 30 and flying to the chest.
But I never tried the leap 'n roll technique....0 -

Honestly, how do you say to somebody. "stand in the air" LOL
I only remember Michael Jordan doing it.0 -
The approach that I think Granrey is describing is illustrated here.
Personally, I always found it easier to do this by getting on top of the spires above the outermost part of the gate. From there, using the same "form an M in the air" double jump, you can easily get on the upper bridge. And, if you happen to miss, you usually land on the lower bridge where you can quickly get back up to one of the spires.0 -
it isnt imposibble I do it in my 1st try
I Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuv4CxxwExg grafik isnt the best but you can see what he dob:victory0 -
You could wait until you are level 15, and then get your wings or flying thing. Then just fly where you need to go.0
