Should I come back to Perfect World?

I really miss Perfect World... they banned both my main accounts for no reason :(. Should I use a new account and come back? The only thing is... it would be so hard to earn money on perfect world...

    They don't ban accounts for no reason, you might have been **** and the hacker used your characters to spam WC with RMT advertisements (happened quite a lot a while ago).

    Even if you manage to get your account back, it's most likely rid of anything valuable. Starting over from absolute scratch probably isn't nearly as fun as the first time around (especially these days), so I'd suggest you find a new game to play b:lipcurl

    If you have the "passion" to play it, then by all means, go for it.

    However, as for money, if you plan on charging gold, either little at a time in intervals, or in large amounts, you can somewhat enjoy this game.

    If you are going to be a 100% free-to-play player and have "dreams" of getting the best gear, you shouldn't waste your time here, the effort isn't simply worth it.

    The answer to your question is no you shouldnt. This game is impossible for new players to get into nowadays. Just find something else, like Skyrim :-)

    If I were you and I lost my accounts I used since 2009, no I probably wouldnt come back. Thats just too much work I put in and I really wouldnt be up for doing all that again. And like that barb said, it is not really that worth it anyway. But hey, you may be different. If you truly love this game then I'd say go ahead. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, it is totally up to you

    If you really want to come back again, then I'd suggest a PvE server. Less being pked which means you can play at your leisure and way less push to get geared up to protect yourself from PvPers always on the prowel.

    Get a different frame of mind also. Enter the game deciding you are going to farm and do as many quests as possible. Learn to farm plants and other items and how they fit into the game as far as merchandising. Think on a smaller scale. Not everyone is high level and so there are mats needed by lower lvls > aim for these.

    Also, before you begin playing, clean your computer out and do a scan to ensure you do not have any malicious things going on such as keyloggers. I copy/paste my userid-pass from a .txt so I am never retyping it. I actually typed it at work and moved it through email.

    Some of us DO care - and want to respond to your questions.

    In the end it's about the FUN you have, not how much you threw at the game and if that ups your cool factor. So have fun.

    This is just an attention seeking Thread. and look at the Final words, "collecting money is hard", sry for being so negative, what is ur intention rly? Waiting for someone to invite u to play on their Server and give u some Gold?

    If you dont want to play, then dont play.

    If you need someone to convince you to play, then you def dont have the will to play from the start, and always need someone to convince you not to quit, and prob when u'r on the game, u will always whine.

    As someone has mentioned before, come back. Put a little time in and you will see for yourself if you want to stay with it.

    We can't know your personal drives in life to determine if you will enjoy the game or not.

    I personally have come back since being away for over a year and am enjoying it. I even met up with some old friends and made new ones in just a week.

    I get one shot if I wander in the wrong spots but it does not bother me if I am a lowbie compared to all the 100's now. I just avoid PK Hot Spots and I don't find problems enjoying the game questing and helping guildies.

    But then again I can't promote other companies here (Not Blizzard, Valve) who do better business. b:bye

    Gameplay mechanics don't work, if you don't like gameplay mechanics that are unbalanced don't bother.

    I agree with everything you said except this part, that is not a good idea to do and not sound advice. It may seem like it but it is far from it. Passing usernames and passwords through email is worse than storing them in a txt file. A password manager would be a bit more protective.

    Came back about 2 months ago out of boredom (no new console games). Old friends are/was all high levels, rank gear galore, 2new classes&one new city. Everything else the same. End up throwing PWE some $$$ and end up wishing I spent my money on something worth it/better. Lv95 on my seeker and nothing really seems to excite me anymore

    I would say its better if you move on and find a new mmo to play/ game, unless you like go through the same old process.

    I know in a few weeks I will probably end up deleting all 3 of my characters and just give away my stuff. Had thoughts about closing my account completely but I still want to try Raiderz and Blacklight.
